Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of forevashopping.com (the “Site”) and to every order you place with Forever Shopping (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Refunds and Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a clause would otherwise do so, it applies only to the extent permitted by law.
1. Who we are
Forever Shopping is an online store operated from Queensland, Australia. ABN: [ABN TO BE ADDED]. Contact: info@forevashopping.com.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order.
- We currently deliver to Australian addresses only.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- We may suspend or close an account, or refuse an order, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, a breach of these Terms, reselling in commercial quantities, or repeated unfounded claims or chargebacks.
3. Products, descriptions and pricing
- We take care to describe and photograph products accurately. Minor variations in colour (due to screens), packaging and supplier batches can occur and are not, on their own, a fault. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Prices, products and promotions can change at any time without notice before you place an order. The price that applies is the price shown at checkout when you place the order.
- Errors: if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price or with obviously incorrect details due to a genuine error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full. We will tell you if this happens.
- Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is dispatched.
4. Orders and acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order (an order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not acceptance).
- We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including where an item is unavailable, payment fails or is suspected to be fraudulent, or there is a pricing error. If we cancel, we will refund any amount you paid in full.
- Cancellation requests by you are covered in our Refunds and Returns Policy (12-hour window).
5. Payment
- Payment is taken in full at checkout through the providers shown (for example WooPayments or PayPal). We do not store your full card details.
- You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
- Promotional codes are single-use unless stated, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. We may cancel orders that misuse promotional codes.
6. Shipping and delivery
- Standard delivery is estimated at 7 to 21 business days. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather or supplier delays outside our control.
- Orders may arrive in more than one parcel. Tracking details are emailed once dispatched.
- You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. See our Refunds and Returns Policy for incorrect addresses and refused or unclaimed parcels.
- Title and risk in goods pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds and Returns Policy. In summary: no refunds for change of mind; faulty, damaged, wrong and not-as-described items are always handled under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Use of products
You must use products in line with their instructions, labels and warnings, and for their intended purpose. Some products (for example car accessories, tools and electrical items) must be installed or used with care; seek professional help if unsure. Some products may be supplied with overseas-style plugs or adaptors; check the listing before purchase.
9. Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, and subject always to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we exclude all other warranties, conditions and representations not expressly set out in these Terms.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or our products, except where that loss was reasonably foreseeable and is recoverable under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Where goods are not of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption, our liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited (to the extent permitted by section 64A of the ACL) to replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including carrier, customs, natural disaster, pandemic, industrial action or supplier failure), but this does not remove your ACL rights.
10. Site use and content
- All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images and layout) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape or commercially use it without our written permission.
- You must not misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using automated tools to scrape data or place orders.
- If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm the content is yours and is lawful. We may decline or remove content at our discretion. We will not edit reviews in a way that misrepresents them.
- Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
11. Your responsibility for misuse
If you breach these Terms or misuse the Site (for example fraud, unauthorised scraping or a knowingly false claim), you are responsible for the reasonable loss and costs we incur as a direct result, to the extent caused by your breach.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing a new version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
13. Disputes and governing law
- Please contact us first at info@forevashopping.com so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. This does not limit your right to contact a consumer protection agency (such as the Office of Fair Trading Queensland or the ACCC) or to bring a claim in your home state.
14. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
