We deliver to **Australian addresses only**. Standard delivery is estimated at **
7 to 21 business days**. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the carrier
or supplier. Tracking details are emailed once your order is dispatched.

If tracking has not updated after 21 business days, email **info@forevashopping.
com** with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

**We do not offer refunds for change of mind.** Faulty, damaged, wrong or not-as-
described items are handled under the Australian Consumer Law – there is **no fixed
deadline** for those claims.
